A mound is an accumulation, a stack, pile; it is built gradually and pushes up from the flat line of the ground. Two figures hunch over, there is a push and pull. Coax 'em out. At one end there is a net to catch the contents, they are hunting, seeking out.

Once out, the formation begins.
